Florida boat rental regulations:

VERY IMPORTANT:  Anyone born 01/01/1988 or after MUST have a Boater’s License to operate a vessel in the State of Florida. If you have a valid Boater’s License from your home state bring it with you as it will be honored. You must always have photo ID and Boater’s License in the vessel with you. If you need a Florida Boater’s License please click here take the test and become legal to operate a vessel in Florida.
